Keep Your Intentions Alive Through All Phases of the Moon 🌙

New moon intentions are powerful tools for setting the tone for personal growth and new beginnings. But I’m often asked what are some ways to keep them in the forefront of our minds as we move through the cycle towards the full moon?

To help you maintain focus and integrate these intentions into your daily life, I’ve put together a few suggestions that might inspire you.


🌅 Create a Visual Reminder - Visual cues can be incredibly effective in keeping your intentions present in your thoughts:

  • Vision Board: Create a vision board that includes images, words, and symbols representing your intentions. Place it somewhere you’ll see it daily, like near your desk or bedroom.

  • Post-It Notes: Write your intentions on sticky notes and place them in frequently visited spots, like your bathroom mirror, fridge, or computer screen.

📝 Daily Affirmations - Start or end your day with affirmations that align with your intentions:

  • Morning Ritual: Incorporate your intentions into a morning ritual. As you wake up, recite them aloud or silently to set a positive tone for the day.

  • Evening Reflection: Reflect on your day and how your actions aligned with your intentions. This can help reinforce your commitment and make adjustments where needed.

✍️ Journaling - Writing can be a powerful way to keep your intentions clear and focused:

  • Intention Journal: Dedicate a notebook to tracking your progress. Write about your experiences, challenges, and any insights related to your intentions.

  • Gratitude Lists: Combine your intentions with gratitude practice. List things you’re grateful for each day that align with your goals, reinforcing positive outcomes.

  • Meditation: Spend a few minutes each day meditating on your intentions. Focus on the feelings and outcomes you wish to manifest.

  • Mindful Reminders: Set reminders on your phone to take a moment and reconnect with your intentions throughout the day.
