A monthly supportive gathering for women ready to practice more self-care.

This Group Gathering is for you if you're ready to:

-Listen, strengthen and harmonize your body, mind and emotional systems

-Deeply connect with like-minded women

-Experience embodiment and visualization exercise to release what no longer serves your, and say yes to a life you love

What The Self-Care Sister Circle Gathering is:

Each month we will sit together in a supportive circle with a specific focus each gathering on release, self-care and empowerment.

With a variety of embodiment movement practices, stress releasing techniques and essential oils we will release disempowering blocks within that level and continue to build self-care strategies each month in a close-knit community.

Windermere Spa 120 E 5th Ave. Winderemere, FL

Not much parking on 5th Ave. Plenty of parking on Main St.

WHEN

(Doors open at 6:15pm. Circle starts at 6:30pm)

To honor the safe space of the circle doors will be lock at 6:45pm with no admittance. Please plan to arrive before 7:45pm and plan to attend until 8:00pm.

INVESTMENT (includes tea and water)

$20 pre-pay - $30 at the door (cash or card)

Limited to 10 women. Deposit is non-refundable but transferable to future circle.
